How does the lockdown affect us?

We are open. Because we supply products to a few services that are deemed essential during the lockdown, we have been allowed to remain open.

However, as we needed to make sure that our employees were safe, we had to make some changes to our work process.

What are these changes?

Most of our employees are now working remotely, including the customer service. Our customer counters are therefore closed until further notice.

Some of our employees are still operating from the production site. In order to make sure everyone is safe while keeping the production running, every employee is strictly following the government’s safety guidelines and keeping a 2 meters distance from each other.

What about deliveries?

We continue to ship our packages with Canada Post. However, Canada Post notified us that it can no longer guarantee delivery time. We apologize in advance for any delays as this is an unprecedented situation and we’re doing our best to keep things working as normal as possible.
